Dave has over 18 years experience with printed circuit board manufacturing. He will analyze electronic data and thoroughly review the customer's requirements. Based on his assessment the sales team will be able to quote more accurately and promptly. Fast response and quality service are essential in the "quick turn" market that Innovative Circuits excels in.
Innovative Circuits, Inc. Adds Second Plasma Machine
ALPHARETTA, GEORGIA - APR 10, 2010 Innovative Circuits has added a second plasma chamber with additional gas ports to be used forTEFLON® processing. In addition it will provide redundancy and added capacity to their facility near Atlanta, Georgia. This addition will ensure that we can continue to meet customer demand to manufacture complex multilayer rigid boards and rigid-flex circuits in 3-5 days.
Innovative Circuits Adds a TDR Impedance Tester
ALPHARETTA, GEORGIA - DEC 07, 2009 Innovative Circuits, Inc. has installed a new TDR tester to meet increasing customer demand for impedance verification. Controlled impedance is now the norm in printed circuit boards. In house TDR testing is essential to meet the quick turn requirements and accurate impedance control demanded by our customers.
More Expansion for Innovative Circuits, Inc.
ALPHARETTA, GEORGIA - MAR 20, 2009 Innovative Circuits, Inc has initiated the second major expansion of their manufacturing capacity at its Alpharetta, Georgia facility. This addition will increase its facility’s total space by 67%.
Most of the expansion will house additional equipment and processes, thereby significantly increasing our manufacturing capacity. This is the second facility expansion for Innovative Circuits, Inc in the last three years. “This expansion is another milestone which has been driven by continuing growth and investment in the future” says George Schudy, President of Innovative Circuits, Inc.
Innovative Circuits Adds an Orbotech LDI System
ALPHARETTA, GEORGIA - MAR 16, 2009 Innovative Circuits continues to invest in leading technology. The Atlanta, Georgia-area flex maker recently installed an Orbotech 8800Hm Laser Direct Imaging (LDI) system. This system will replace the Silver Writer Photoplotter and the Colight Exposure System. The LDI System provides powerful capability for the production of “state of the art” HDI, Flex and Rigid-Flex Circuits.
The 8800Hm LDI System has an accuracy of +/- 12um (.0005”) for complex HDI and rigid-flex designs. Process control and traceability are enhanced by panel tracking and distortion feedback along with serialization “on the fly”. The Depth-of-Focus (DoF) is up to +/- 300um (.012”) which will overcome the most challenging surface topography. This single span for rigid-flex allows uniform imaging over the entire panel, a major improvement over conventional technology.
An additional feature of the 8800Hm LDI System is the Ease-of-Use. It uses conventional resist with no need for any special LDI type resist. Innovative Circuits, Inc continues to demonstrate their aggressive approach to keeping up with today’s increasing demand for finer features in printed circuits.
