Maintaining signal speed is critical in today's electronic world. Over the past few years there has been an increased requirement to run high frequency RF and microwave signals through circuit boards. PTFE based laminates have excellent electrical properties and are used when the electrical loss from standard FR4 is unacceptable. PTFE's exceptionally low dieletric contant, low loss tangent and high melting tempature makes it the material of choice as a high-performance laminate. Innovative Circuits uses high quality PTFE laminates from Rogers, Taconic and Dupont (Teflon).
